PL4+DIN is an innovative gas control unit, ideal for small plants up to 12 detectors. Every input can be configured for a different kind of gas in order to detect both flammable and toxic compounds, refrigerant gases as well as Oxygen depletion and enrichment.
The PL4 +D offers 4 analog 4-20 mA inputs that can be extended to 12 by using the 8-input expansion board STG/IN8-S, easy to plug in the control unit.
Mode status LEDs for alarms and fault warning along with the backlit LCD display provide for real time reading of the gas concentration being detected.
An internal buzzer provides an audible alarm that activates according to the programmed alarm thresholds.
Alarms are user selectable and for each input it is possible to set the type of detector, its full-scale range and the alarm thresholds.
The panel can manage up to 21 outputs, 5 relays aboard the panel and additional 16 via STG/OUT16S and STG/8REL.
The panel is housed in a plastic box for DIN rail mounting. A further plastic box, 12 DIN module can be supplied as optional.
The power supply of the control unit is 24Vdc, and, on request, the power supply can be supplied.
